		<description>I really enjoyed the plank challenge, At first I only lasted 30 seconds, but then tried again and lasted the whole 3 minutes.i recommend this to anyone as it really helps with your core muscles.I look forward to the next challenge. Hope this inspires others, as i felt a great feeling of well-being and already i could feel the difference.</description>
