Mustafa runs a range of sessions with me that focus on specific muscle groups each time we meet, he varies the exercises over the weeks as well to keep the sessions fresh and interesting. He is also very careful to watch my technique and form in all our exercises to avoid damaging known areas of weakness on my body.

He runs the sessions in a fun, enjoyable manner, he is incredibly encouraging and positive, yet firm enough to push me mentally to achieve my goals. He’s incredibly efficient in our time together and this has clearly had a marked result on my performance and results.

Mustafa is always prompt with our sessions, and if he is able to (other appointments permitting) he always spends more time with me. Mustafa is a great communicator as well, he’s always keeping on top of scheduling our sessions and passing on any information relevant to our program. He also has the flexibility to fit our sessions around my occasionally unpredictable working hours.

I have been training with Mustafa for 6 months and enjoyed our sessions together, he explains the full process of each training session in a common sense manor ensuring that you build technique and strength. He also helps organise the external events that impact on the training - Food! I never realised how important eating was in order to reach my training goals, Mustafa helped to motivate my eating habits; as I needed to eat more meals in a day in order to build my body shape - this included a 6 pack

Mustafa will always worked around my working hours to make sure we spent the right amount of time working out each week. I also found him to prompt and focused on what we would do in each session.
